Cynthia (she/her) is passionate about helping clients of all ages embrace a new way of thinking about food and health—one that’s rooted in self-compassion, balance, and a deeper understanding of how food can nourish both the body and mind.

Cynthia has specialized in eating disorder care and treatment for over 6 years in a variety of settings, including residential treatment facilities, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient levels of care.

Taking particular interest in sports nutrition, Cynthia working with athletes of all ages, and paying special attention to each athlete's personal goals to create a plan that supports their training without falling into unhealthy behaviors.

Cynthia incorporates the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size, along with an ‘All Foods Fit’ philosophy, into medical nutrition therapy sessions to help clients achieve their individualized goals. It’s important to her to build trust within her clients so they may feel safe in exploring their current relationship with food, body image, and movement.
