Brittany (she/her) is the co-founder and an action oriented compassionate therapist who uses acceptance and mindfulness-based approaches to help individuals better understand their reason for seeking support. Her approach assists individuals in empowering themselves to connect with their authentic selves focusing on a mind-body connection. She helps individuals increase awareness of their core value system to engage in a life worth living daily.
Brittany sees therapy as a non-judgmental space where together we seek to be curious rather than critical. She believes that full recovery is possible and joins with individuals to help guide them to overcome their fears.

Meet Maggie, RDN, LDN

Maggie (she/her) is the co-founder and a dedicated Registered Dietitian.  For nearly a decade, Maggie has specialized in working with adolescents and adults with disordered eating and medical nutrition therapy. Maggie has worked as an RD with a variety of populations, and in a range of settings, including hospitals, residential treatment facilities and outpatient levels of care.
Maggie is dedicated to incorporating the "all foods fit" philosophy into catered meal plans and specific goal setting.  Maggie is driven to create a therapeutic alliance where clients can feel safe to talk about their unique food and body experiences. 

Meet Cynthia, RDN, CEDS

Cynthia (she/her) is a RD and CEDS passionate about assisting individuals, both adolescents and adults, meet their personal goals to break free from diet culture and heal their relationship with food, body image, and movement. Cynthia has been specializing in eating disorder care and treatment for over 6 years in a variety of settings, including residential treatment facilities, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient levels of care.
Cynthia incorporates the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size, along with an ‘All Foods Fit’ philosophy, into medical nutrition therapy sessions to help clients achieve their individualized goals. It’s important to Cynthia to build trust within her clients so they may feel safe in exploring their current relationship with food, body image, and movement. Cynthia takes particular interest in sports nutrition and joyful movement. She enjoys working with individuals at any level, from athletes to those who are newly navigating their journey with joyful movement, establish healthful and sustainable goals."
