Meet Hannah
Hannah (she/her) is a relational, collaborative therapist. She believes that therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, human connection. Guided by her value of authenticity, she brings warmth, curiosity, and honesty into her work, creating a space where clients can show up as they are. She places deep importance on understanding each client's story and the experiences that have shaped them.
Hannah's approach is grounded in evidence-based practices but what matters most to her is tailoring therapy to each person's unique story, strengths, and goals. Whether that means building coping skills, gently facing fears, improving relationships, or deepening self-understanding, Hannah supports clients in ways that feel both practical and meaningful.
At the heart of her work is the belief that change is possible—and that people are capable of creating lives that feel more aligned, connected, and fulfilling.
In her free time Hannah enjoys time with her family, friends, traveling, painting, and playing mahjong.
Work with Hannah if…
- You want to get out of your head and more fully into your life—feeling present and connected to what matters most.
- You're navigating the challenges of adjusting to parenthood and want support finding your footing in this new chapter.
- You feel caught in anxious thoughts, overthinking, or constant worry and want to develop a greater sense of calm and confidence.
- You're tired of your inner critic running the show and want to cultivate a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
- You're working toward eating disorder recovery and want a supportive space to navigate the challenges along the way.
- You feel overwhelmed by the pressure to have everything figured out.
- You want to loosen the grip of perfectionism, all-or-nothing thinking, and the belief that you have to do everything “just right.”
- You feel stuck in dysfunctional patterns and challenges with communication in your relationship.
Hannah believes…
- At the heart of her work, change is possible—and people are capable of creating lives that feel more aligned, connected, and fulfilling.
- It is possible to create an authentic, values-aligned life—one that feels meaningful rather than simply looking “right” from the outside.
- Many patterns, habits, and behaviors once served a purpose; in a safe environment we can learn to let go of ones that are no longer serving us.
