Movement

Out of your head, into your body, on your terms.

At Intuitive Wellness Therapy Group, our movement specialists collaborate with you to develop a fully customized plan based entirely on your unique needs, comfort level, and personal goals. Because our movement services are housed within a holistic clinical group, these sessions are trauma-informed and designed to seamlessly complement your therapy, body, and nutrition work. We strive to help clients discover forms of movement that feel supportive, accessible, and sustainable in their everyday lives.
